Key Responsibilities
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support daily operations and ensure the store’s performance meets sales and visual standards. Duties include:
Leading the sales team and meeting turnover targets
Delivering exceptional customer service and supervising floor operations
Executing visual merchandising strategies
Managing inventory, stock processing, and conducting stock counts
Maintaining a clean, organized, and high-performing store environment
Handling refunds, staff scheduling, cash-ups, and daily operations
Requirements
Matric (compulsory), with a Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–2 years’ retail management experience
Excellent customer service and leadership skills
Strong communication and inventory control capabilities
