This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling mobile contracts from top service providers including MTN, Vodacom, and Telkom. You’ll handle SIM-only plans, handset deals, contract upgrades, and more—all while delivering excellent customer service.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls to new and existing customers
Matching customer needs with the best mobile deals and devices
Managing leads and closing sales
Ensuring strict compliance with RICA, POPIA, and CPA
Hitting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Minimum requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 qualification
2–4 years of outbound sales experience, including cold calling
Experience in a call centre or BPO setting
Telecoms industry background is highly advantageous
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and multitasking on multiple screens
