Key Responsibilities:
Generate and close solar sales deals in residential and commercial markets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing new business opportunities.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess energy needs and propose tailored solar solutions.
Work from the office when not visiting clients to maintain efficient sales processes.
Provide accurate reporting and insights to support company growth.

Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of experience in residential and commercial solar sales (not retail or B2B supplier).
Proven ability to independently source leads and secure new business.

Must be willing to work from the office — remote or hybrid options are not applicable.
What We’re Not Looking For:
Retail or store-based sales backgrounds.
Supplier/B2B counter sales experience.
Candidates seeking remote work or managing pre-existing client portfolios.
