Minimum Requirements:
Relevant Agricultural and Management qualification
Strong leadership and administrative capability
Proven experience in farm management, input sourcing, and produce marketing
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Local knowledge of Vaalharts/Taung region is essential
Key Responsibilities:
Project management, farm planning, and business support
Credit management and sourcing agricultural inputs
Stakeholder coordination with farmers, suppliers, and partners
Mentoring and training emerging farmers
Organizing farmer information days, meetings, and study groups
Ensuring implementation of sound agricultural practices and good governance
