As part of Dis-Chem’s strategic talent pool, you will be considered for current and future merchandising opportunities across the store network. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, energy, and a customer-first attitude.
🛠️ Responsibilities:
Replenish stock on shelves to ensure availability and maximize sales
Follow FIFO stock rotation and report expired/damaged goods
Maintain neat, labeled, and fully stocked displays
Assist with unpacking stock and ensure storeroom organization
Ensure planogram and store layout adherence
Handle price discrepancies and out-of-stock queries professionally
Provide friendly and helpful customer support
Assist with training of new staff and stock counts
✅ Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric
Up to 6 months of retail experience
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Physically fit and able to lift heavy boxes
Willingness to work flexible retail hours
Reliable transport and clean credit/criminal record
