Key Responsibilities:
Deliver AWESOME customer service and provide every customer with a WOW experience.
Understand and attend to the unique and individual shopping needs of each customer.
Ensure prompt, relevant service both on the sales floor and via telephone.
Advise customers on product range, pricing, and warranties.
Demonstrate, explain, and provide guidance on products to customers.
Sell products effectively, including add-on sales and services.
Ensure goods are correctly priced and displayed according to merchandising standards.
Execute sales promotions on time and participate in planning ahead for store events.
Adhere to all merchandising layouts, housekeeping standards, and schedules.
Report on fast-moving and slow-selling products to the Store Manager.
Participate in stock takes and stock counts while minimizing stock loss and expenses.
Maximize sales in all areas while protecting the company’s assets.

Requirements:
Matric Certificate.
At least six months of retail experience.
Own or reliable transport to work shifts.
Strong sales and communication skills.
Customer service-oriented, motivated, and target-driven.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
General Responsibilities:
Undertake any other duties as requested by Senior Management.
Complete mandatory and service-related training as required.
Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
Participate in appraisals and personal development reviews regularly.
Stay up to date with current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Cooperate fully with the introduction of new technologies and methods in-store.
