About the Position
As a Sales Agent, you will be the face of Gro Direct engaging with potential customers, presenting products, and closing sales with enthusiasm and integrity. You’ll be trained to understand customer needs, explain product benefits, and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Your main responsibility will be to promote and sell The Unlimited’s range of insurance products while representing the brand in a professional and customer-focused manner. Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell The Unlimited’s insurance products directly to potential customers.
Communicate effectively with clients and explain the benefits of available products.
Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through professional service.
Deliver excellent customer experiences and handle queries confidently.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a positive image of Gro Direct at all times.
Report sales activity and feedback to the team leader.
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
South African ID.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Previous sales or insurance experience will be an advantage but not essential.
