About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicle faults while performing routine maintenance in line with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards. This role requires exceptional technical expertise, accuracy, and productivity to ensure that every customer receives top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct vehicle diagnostics and repairs according to OEM standards.
Perform test drives to confirm faults and validate repairs.
Accurately assess vehicle issues and provide repair estimates.
Carry out maintenance, repairs, and replacement of parts including brakes, engines, and gearboxes.
Ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently, within manufacturer time guidelines.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to detect and resolve mechanical issues.
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Parts Department, and customers regarding vehicle status.
Complete job cards and paperwork accurately and on time.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Provide technical advice and mentorship to junior technicians.
Follow workshop safety and operational policies at all times.

Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Qualified Automotive Technician certification (essential).
Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience as a technician.
Valid driver’s license with no endorsements.
Proficiency in using manufacturer diagnostic tools and systems.
Strong understanding of vehicle structures, components, and systems.
Excellent track record of “fix right the first time” results.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the job, including handling heavy equipment, working under vehicles, and standing for long periods.
